It was a real pleasure to meet you and I’d like to thank you for all the hard work and thought you so clearly injected into the training day – I am going to share your contact details with our Head of Training, as I suspect there are various other events where your sales and branding knowledge can be utilized – and as I say, always great to have things said by a third party!!

One thing I was really pleased with particularly was the fact that the teams have been able to identify themselves where they need to improve – these are things which have been apparent to me for some time, but it needed them to come to the realization on their own, and make the commitment to change in order to really do something about it – and give them the will / want and tools to go about it!
